So, with the same concept, we are going to introduce online gym sessions where people will get connected virtually on a single platform. In, this virtual session of the Gym they will not only going to learn only about weight lifting, here we are going to arrange the different sessions of weight lifting for those who love to do it, Aerobics session, Yoga session, Cardio as well under the guidance of highly professional trainer’s of each section. The most exciting part about our virtual gym is going to be the fees which are going to be flat $6 whether someone wants to attend the specific session or all the sessions on different days.

Sheridan College is now providing its students and staff a great environment, PSB Fitness and Sports Club, to keep themselves fit and be ready for the future. This facility is in Brampton, Mississauga, and Oakville. It offers various world-class equipment to exercise with, trained instructors, and other services like providing personal instructor, food supplements, energy drinks, locker room, showers, and yoga classes, And also provide a vibing environment to work on yourselves. This gym is in a convenient location for everyone that anyone can workout at their leisure either they are currently enrolled in Sheridan or are ex-students.

For students who are currently being overwhelmed in their life or want to work out and build some muscles, this gym is the solution to all those problems. The students who are usually free after their work or from their class can pass spend the free time on themselves and can become fit and active. This gym is 24 hrs facilities with proper security, a different section of lockers, and showers for boys and girls, but the personal training can only be for one hour per day.

We have 3 on-site personal trainers, and offer various classes including yoga. All of our equipment is brand new, and will be disinfected regularly. Currently we have treadmills, ellipticals, bench presses, stationary bicycles, rowing machines, dumbbells, and yoga mats. We are in the process of acquiring additional equipment to better suit the needs of all our members. Our experienced personal trainers can work with you when it’s convenient for you, and combine a variety of strength and cardio workouts for optimal results.
