New HMC PSB Fitness Center provided to you by Sheridan College

PSB Fitness Center is about to reveal 3 new locations on Sheridan Campuses, HMC (4180 Duke of York Blvd, Mississauga, ON), Davis (7899 McLaughlin Road, Brampton, ON), and Trafalgar (1430 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville, ON). PSB Fitness Centers will be available for students as early as 1st of May 2021. These new PSB Fitness Center facilities have a wide range of activities and clubs that students can join and take advantage of during their stay on campus. PSB Fitness Centers are made to be easily accessible for physical activities by students or staff who are looking to get in shape. That’s why PSB Fitness Centers give students the freedom to workout on their own time while they are on campus and not interfere with lecture attendance. Everything is provided within these centers to save students time going back and forth between campus and wherever they are signed up for gym. What is Summer Ready Program at HMC?

The Summer Ready Program HMC launches at the start of every year and ends in April. If you miss this round, there is another one from April to August. It is a 16-week long program that helps you get the body you always wanted just in time for summer. You will get the chance to receive a complete program guide with daily at home workouts as well as in person classes three times a week. These classes will be done with professional fitness instructors and the rest of the people that join the program. You will have the chance to book and talk one on one with professional fitness instructions as well as nutritionists through video chat or in person to help guide you through the process. There is an option for the beginners for testing their health and fitness status.
In this program first of all we do a health checkup by taking blood and urine samples of the person. Moreover, this tests show the blood level, salt level, water, iron, calcium, nutrients and other crucial indicators. In addition, this helps to provide training according to the health status to avoid body malfunction.
The other test that we provide is a fitness test. Moreover, this helps to know the physical status of the person. we recommend the exercises that align with he person’s physical status.
