In, this virtual session of the Gym they will not only going to learn only about weight lifting, here we are going to arrange the different sessions of weight lifting for those who love to do it, Aerobics session, Yoga session, Cardio as well under the guidance of highly professional trainer’s of each section. The PSB fitness club is taking the lead in offering free home training to its customers and beginners in order to inspire them to live a healthier lifestyle. To get rid of the virus, people are now subjected to COVID-19 limitations and social isolation. As a result, people are only allowed to leave the house with the bare necessities, forcing them to maintain a sedentary lifestyle. In order to help Canadians maintain and improve their health, and make the population aware of the good habits of healthy eating, the Health Canada (government department) released the revised Canada’s food guide.
With this intention, the guide recommends eating a variety of healthy foods each day including plenty of vegetables and fruits, protein foods (preferably of vegetable origin), and whole-grain foods. It also recommends limiting highly processed foods.

The Canadian food guide is divided into 3 groups of foods: Vegetables and Fruits, Protein, and Whole Grain.

Examples of foods in each group:

Vegetables and Fruits: Apple, banana, papaya, orange, carrot, beet, zucchini, pumpkin, cucumber, watercress, onion, chard, cabbage, broccoli, celery, etc.
