Who is PSB Fitness?

PSB fitness is a new dynamic gym located near Square One, in the heart of Mississauga Ontario. Firstly, PSB fitness gym is connected o Sheridan College HMC campus. When signing up with PSB Fitness, you will get to use our exclusive mobile app! Firstly, the app is called the Everest mobile app and it can be used on Apple or Android phones. Secondly this app will give customers a virtual way to keep track of several services!

Gym Members Can look at workout status?

Customers will be able to look at what work outs their supposed to do when they come to the gym! Furthermore, the app will show their  progress on the workouts they did before and what to do when they come again. Secondly, the app will provide visual pictures and videos on how to do each workout so customers know how to do them! Lastly, this app will work as a personal trainer for customers anytime!

Online Gym Workout Classes!

The Everest Mobile App will give customers online workout classes with PSB Fitness trainers! firstly, some customers will not come to the gym that much because of COVID but they will still want to get a sweat in. Therefore, by giving options to do online workouts through the app will help customers achieve goals and be ready when they do come back to the gym! Secondly, this will help customers practice on form for certain workouts which will keep them safe as they do them!

In other words, we understand that as people  providing free services to our customers will help there workout experience! Our fitness club, PSB Fitness Club, is a professional fitness providing a number of service to our customers to stay healthy. Therefore, we encourage and welcome you to be one of us. Now we are opening in Sheridan college at HMC campus and Brampton campus. Therefore, we are looking forward student coming by our locations, having a tour in our gyms, and trying our PSB group activities. There are a lot of  benefits of work out. Each training class is leaded by a professional trainer to make sure our members can work out efficiently. Secondly, Different exercises will be in different rooms. In short, Calories Smash is a program for members to intensively burn calories together! Intensive running, bicycling, boxing, and dancing which are the most popular and effective activities for weight management!

It is a 15 meters wall that you have to climb which is not easy but, based on our customers feedbacks this exercise reduces around ten lb of your weight in first two weeks. PSB has thought for people who want to workout in nature to set up a special day do exercise in nature on Fridays. This service will be offered only on summer season and will be followed by our trained instructors. Yoga classes are those classes where people come and join mostly. They throw out of their buddies all negative energies and start seeing things from a different point of view. The reason is because our yoga class reduce stress in maximum. Many student see yoga class as a key success to get high scores in the exams and the reason is simple ‘less stress’. PSB offers five different schedules for yoga classes started from morning 8am to evening 9pm in order to give an opportunity to all of those who want to attend. Morning classes are offered mostly for all genders and ethnicities ;however, if you need a special accommodation PSB has always a solution for you.
