The seating area includes a lounge with comfy chairs and big tables, with music and an area to study. It will be a student friendly area. The 2 campuses have other restaurants that sell food product and they will be our competitive product. In the Davis campus, Subway will be the only chain that sells similar custom food products, but our point of differentiation will be the variety of different foods rather than just subs and our student friendly environment. PSB Café

PSB Café is a customization restaurant that brings a brand-new view on how students have many options with their salads in Sheridan College. We are a unique restaurant like no other in Sheridan college that lets students customize their salads and more to their liking.

Our two locations are located in:

1. Hazel McCallion Mississauga
2. Davis Brampton campus

Are mission is to create a welcoming environment for all students to come and enjoy their time while not being stressed out.

Locations

Our location in the Brampton and Mississauga campus will include a salad bar for easy customization. In the Davis campus we want to include a lounge for students to do their homework or to just enjoy the environment with friends. We noticed that many restaurants on campus:

• Don’t have a lounge of their own
• and students feel rushed to buy their food and go somewhere else

We want to encourage students to have a good experience and enjoy their time to purchase more food over time. In the Mississauga campus we are going to be located on the first floor, for easy access to all different types of people and make it easier for people with wheelchairs to enjoy their experience.

Events

In both of our locations we will be hosting various events such as:

• Trivia night
• Pictionary
• Card night
• Bingo

Bringing in a different customer base and to keep things fresh while having a fun experience at our restaurant. By these events we want students to feel relaxed from all of their school work. Because sometimes students just need a break and the place to do that is our restaurant. HMC new building

In the Hazel McCallion campus in Sheridan college another building is being build that is expected to be finished in the summer time of 2021.

We are in the talks with the staff at Sheridan College to,

1. To open up a second restaurant in the new C building
2. When we open up our restaurant in the new C building we also want to build a lounge

For the students to enjoy the lounge and environment just as the Davis campus will have. Speaking back onto the events that we will have once the new building is completed. They will be split up between the Davis campus and the new location in the C building. Because having different events switches things up and lets students enjoy more of their school life on campus.

We believe that with a welcoming environment, customers will feel more welcome to the school since there are a lot of international students that are not use to our culture yet.
