Student Fitness Schedule

The fitness center gyms are strategically located on campus making it easily accessible to students before class, between classes,  or after classes. Students can find the Fitness centers located in the C-Wing on both HMC and Davis campuses.

The location allows students to integrate fitness into their daily lives without disturbing their schedules by traveling off campus, thus creating both a convenient and reliable option in order to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

All students are busy with their lives and constantly working to achieve goals every day. This takes up massive amounts of time and effort and balancing college life in the GTA is a very challenging task. Between dealing with commutes across Mississauga and Brampton and keeping up with heavy workloads, the average person feels overwhelmed. FSB Fitness understands that juggling a schedule that is packed is hard. People find themselves forced to choose between completing school work and maintaining good health while at College. Very often personal health is the first thing that is sacrificed when there isn’t a close student gym near. In fact, data suggests that 27% of students note extreme time constraints are the biggest barrier preventing them from achieving personal fitness goals (Statista, 2023). This is why PSB Fitness is opening its convenient fitness gym in two Sheridan locations. 

Commuting to an off campus gym can feel like a tall task and can throw off one’s day especially during peak traffic. This can lead to them avoiding signing up to begin with. Both HMC and Davis campuses are located near buses and food options so students can access all of these amenities. As a result, this eliminates the need of a vehicle or long walk after finishing their gym sessions. Good news, you are eligible for a 14 day free trial at the PSB Fitness gym of your choosing.
