Are you new to Sheridan, Or are close to graduating? No matter where you are in your academic journey, college can be a scary time. Over time, that stress begins to build, and suddenly you start having trouble focusing, you’re struggling to stay awake in class, and your performance is suffering.

It’s during times like these, that self-care matters most. PSB Fitness is here to help support Sheridan students not just physically, but mentally. Regular physical activity is a great way to start! According to the Heart & Stroke foundation, exercise has many long-term benefits including handling your stress, improving your mental health and feeling better in your body. Staying active is also a great way to improve focus, memory and energy levels throughout your school day. Fitness should not be seen as time taken away from studying, but a tool to improve it.

Affordable Student Pricing

Part of being a college student is spending wisely. That’s why PSB Fitness is priced at $70 per semester and is already included in your fees making it easily accessible to Sheridan students.

To encourage that community focus, we’ve also launched the “Bring a Buddy” promotion. We encourage students to bring a non-Sheridan friend to try out a class or event, to receive a 1-semester refund on their membership. This further encourages Sheridan students to make fitness fun and social.

One of the hardest parts of stay active is accessibility. PSB Fitness is located right on Sheridan College’s Brampton Campus and is Open 24/7! This makes it easily accessible wherever it fits into your schedule. So, whether you have an hour between classes or need to de-stress after a long evening class, the PSB Fitness is always close by. There are no long commutes, no limiting timings, just fitness whenever it works for you.
