Every coffee aficionado knows the value of good beans. Even more so the rare beans in the world. Combine that with the expertise of our amazing baristas certified by the Specialty Coffee Association, you are in for a caffeine treat.

A World Awaits After Six
We understand that coffee is usually best enjoyed in the morning for that jolt of energy to start the day. But we also understand that we’re all different. Some of us may enjoy it a little bit later in the day. Don’t worry because we got you covered.
At PSB Cafe, our After-Six Program transforms our space into a music cafe in Mississauga from 6pm until 11pm. This gives our customers a space to unwind and enjoy after a hectic day. No laptops. No screens. Just jams (and maybe an espresso martini on one hand).
OUR STORY
PSB Cafe started as the dream of a marketing student who loved spending time in cafes. But she noticed that a lot of them closed at 5PM. To add to that, she wanted a cafe known for its music, because music and coffee should always go hand in hand.
In 2022, she was able to save enough to rent a space in Confederation Parkway in Mississauga, and from there, history began.
By the end of 2022, PSB Cafe was able to onboard its Specialty Coffee Association certified barista, and has brought delight to our customers ever since. Then in 2023, one of our loyal customers connected us to a supplier of rare beans, and we thought, “Why not?” Now, in 2025, we’re excited for a new chapter as we grow and introduce new experiences that our community of caffeine and music aficionados will love.
We may be a small cafe, but our love for what we do and the people we serve keep our eyes on the goal: consistency, creativity, and community.
NEW STUFF: RARE BEANS
It was in 2023 when we first explored offering rare beans. One of our lovely customers offered to connect us with a supplier. We knew no one else in the area was offering the same, so thought it was a good idea to try. We first added this to our menu as a limited offer, and the reception from the coffee community has been amazing. But sourcing the beans, rare that they are, wasn’t easy so we had to end our offer earlier than expected because supply ran out fast. Since then, we’ve been working hard to bring it back.
And work hard we did!
This 2025, we are now officially adding it to our menu as a permanent offer. And we want to start with the well-loved Kopi Luwak, sourced directly from the wonderful island of Java, Indonesia. Because of this, we are thrilled to be the only rare bean music cafe in Mississauga!
